The dehydrated vegetables dryer is a special equipment which is improved and developed on the basis of traditional hot air dryer with mesh-belt?driving?device. Efficiency will be greatly improved, and energy will be saved by using the equipment. It is widely used in all kinds of the dehydration of vegetables and fruits such as grapes, turnips and onions, etc. According to the characteristics and requirements of materials for drying, we have integrated many years of experience in drying agriculitural products to customize professional equipment for customers, have developed the professional drying equipment which is suitable for customers. Every part of the equipment touched by materials uses food grade materials, accords with the national food safety requirement.
The whole box body adopts totally closed structure, and the hot air is recycled inside, which is energy-saving and efficient; the thickness of insulation layer is 80-200 mm, using high-density rock wool or ultra-fine aluminum silicate fiber cotton to reduce the heat loss; the box is equipped with adjustable air distribution board, which can adjust the gap size up and down to control the air flow, so that the temperature in the box is more uniform; the dryer is the industry's unified standard, a variety of styles of dryers can be selected, suitable for various industries, interchangeable.
The hot air circulation oven adopts the long shaft circulation fan with high temperature resistance. The forced hot air heated by the electric heating pipe or the steam heat exchanger circulates in the oven, which enhances the heat transfer, improves the water evaporation rate and shortens the drying time. The whole box adopts a fully enclosed structure, most of the hot air is circulated in the box, and the hot and humid air is reasonably discharged and fresh air is added, with high thermal efficiency and energy saving. Under the effect of forced ventilation, the materials are dried evenly.
